Booking Policy

Reservations can be made by telephone, fax, post or e-mail. A deposit to the value of one night stay per room booked is required to secure your booking. It will be taken from your credit card on the day of booking.

Any booking of a total of three nights stay or more has to be paid in full on a day of booking. It is non-refundable and non-changeable booking.

By giving us your credit card details you are authorising us to charge it in full for your accommodation.

Acceptable Methods of Payment

  • Cash (£ Sterling only, must be paid in full on arrival)
  • Credit Card
  • Cheque (corporate payment)

Cancellation Policy

When you book accommodation you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel your trip or fail to take up the accommodation, for whatever reason, you will be liable in full to the accommodation provider, in this case London City Hotel.

Reservations must be cancelled by 12 noon two days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a "no-show" or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.
