Booking Policy

Payment Policy

All payments are to be made 3 days prior arrival unless booking with less than 3 days, in this case, the payment will charge at the moment of the booking.

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise (this is not a charge) or fully charge the card provided, at the time of booking up to 9 full days prior to the date of arrival.

Please note no deposit is required when you are paying by card. If you do wish to pay by cash, we would ask you for a £50 deposit.

Guests must present photo ID and the same card used to make the booking upon arrival.

If the card holder is not going to be present at check-in, we will need you to send a confirmation letter from your company/person/owner of the card authorizing us to take payment for the booking made.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings for a maximum of 2 rooms or 2 nights can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 3 days before date of arrival.

All bookings for a minimum of 3 rooms or 3 nights (multiple booking are considered the same as a total number of days) can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 7 days before date of arrival.

Booking with 4 or more night stay or all bookings for a minimum of 4 rooms or 4 nights: cancellation must be made seven full days prior arrival. Cancellations made 7 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 100% refunded.

Cancellations up to 5 days, the first two days will be charge and the remaining nights will be 100% refunded. If cancelled with 3 or less days in advance is non-refundable. If cancelled or modified outside of the conditions outlined or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please email or telephone if you wish to cancel your booking. All cancellations must be confirmed by email. If you booked with an Agent you must contact them directly to cancel your booking.

This policy does not apply to non-refundable or advance purchase bookings.
